· Offer employees free access to 401(k) investment advice through one-on-one interaction with a Certified Financial Planner.
· Continuously survey the 401(k) marketplace to ensure deBoer Transportation, Inc. employees have the best 401(k) available at any given time.
· Practice due diligence by regularly monitoring 401(k) investment managers’ performance in relation to their peers and relevant indexes.
· Enable employees to manager their 401(k) accounts through many means, including phone, Internet, and in person through regular terminal visits by a C.F.P.
· Management who fully appreciate the importance of offering the most competitive benefits to their drivers and to all employees.
